I have never kayaked before. Can I still rent?
Absolutely. Many of our customers are first-time kayakers. We provide basic instructions and safety guidance before you head out.
Is kayaking difficult?
Most beginners find kayaking easier than expected. Calm lake conditions make it a relaxing and beginner-friendly activity.
What if I tip over?
While tipping is uncommon on calm water, it can happen. Life jackets are provided, and we will review basic safety information before your rental.
Do you provide life jackets?
Yes. A personal flotation device (PFD/life jacket) is included with every rental.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes that can get wet are recommended. Avoid heavy clothing and bring sunscreen, water, and a towel.
How long are rentals?
We offer hourly rentals as well as extended rental options depending on availability.
Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are strongly recommended, especially during weekends and warm weather.

Yes. Kayaking is a great activity for couples, families, and small groups.
What happens if weather changes?
Safety comes first. Rentals may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions.
What if I return late?
Late returns may result in additional fees because another customer may be scheduled after your rental period.
Do I need to transport the kayak?
No. We meet customers directly at the lake with the equipment.
